The VPSB Tech Commandments

1. Thou shall not be afraid to ask seemingly stupid questions when thou need help.
2. Thou shall master basic computer skills.
3. Thou shall check thy email, school and district web pages daily.
4. Thou shall remember thy accounts and keep thy passwords secure.
5. Thou shall master file management both locally and over the network.
6. Thou shall save and backup all thy important data.
7. Thou shall understand fair use and keep copyright laws.
8. Thou shall use Internet resources for planning and implementing technology rich lessons.
9. Thou shall strive to integrate technology into thy curriculum daily.
10. Thou shall let students use thy technology in thy classroom.
11. Thou shall teach and practice Internet Safety and Anti-Virus rules
12. Thou shall not SPAM or clutter network resources with non-educational matter
